No. A billion times no. Wanna know what peeved me about Sky Captain? Angelina Jolie. She was used as filler. Pretty filler, but filler nonetheless.

I just finished watching Kingdom of Heaven. Pretty good movie.

The Perfect Man starring Hillary Duff & Heather Locklear. The ending ****** me off, the two people didn't get married, he didn't move in, etc. As an open ended movie it failed. Mother In Law was better and I hate Jane Fonda. The best Hillary Duff movie I've seen so far is A Cinderella Story. Raise Your Voice was a waste. Watch Kung Fu Hustle instead; great pic.

Most Hollywood movies have pretty filler in the form of popular women, but I really liked that movie anyway... giant robots, ray guns, space ships, action heroes all done with a retro/noir feel - I cant be the only one who likes this movie!

Bride & Prejudice. Bollywood. More colourful than Bollywood / Hollywood with a better story and ending. Instead of Canadian based one can see a British influence (it is done by the "Bend It Like Bechham" production company and director). Highly recommended for Bollywood affectionados. Make sure you have the subtitles turned on to read the Punjabi translations (although many of the songs are in English.) The women are gorgeous.

I went to the theatre to see King Kong, got on line and got off the line and went home. Something about it... I'd rather see good Science Fiction, instead.

I finally saw Kong. Great movie. For me, it confirmed two things:

First, Naomi Watts is seriously underestimated WRT how SMOKING HOT she is!
Second, Jack Black cannot act.

I'm watching Serendipty right now, for the second time in a row, on New Years Eve, all alone. Surprisingly, I'm not all that depressed. More of a wistful mood, actually.
