Install Intel INF driver

Hi guys, I just got the new Intel INF drivers (INF 6.01.1002.EXE) and I am wondering if I need to uninstall the previous one before install this one. I don't think you can uninstall it from add/remove program. So should I just install over the old one?

Any help is appeciated
