Yes I know, brilliant!, please dont all thank me at once...

Wow-700. You need a server in your own hemisphere. Perhaps Sammy will get one set up that will work for Australia--if his folks return his keyboard.

Well Gbud I tried your directions to see if I could change the map on the server since I was the only one in there and it didn't work. So I tried a few more times and I couldn't get it to go. Although I did manage to get myself BANNED for 300 minutes!! So if you manage to see this before the 5 hours are up, can you see if you can unban me? It said I was banned for a rcon Hack since I didn't have the right password for the server... I know I put it in, but not sure where I went wrong.

Yes... password is not the password. Pm'd U

Sammy, give me a few minutes. I am gona setup the sever to link to maps on another page for download. That way the server wont get bogged down when someone downloads a map.

And then I go and Ban myself... when the server is 5 feet away.
So I am gona up the failed attempts before banning...

It BSOD in STEAM when i´m online. As soon as STEAM really connects to my STEAM Account -> BSOD.
When i´m offline, STEAM asks me if i want to play offline (does this in an instant when you disable all your network connections first) and then eveything runs fine.

Greetings

Dru

P.S.: Any experience with VALVE´s technical support?

VALVe's technical support is slow and they admit it. With a new product release, there are lots of bugs to fix and people want updates and improvements as well. Still, they are your best bet for a resolution. It would not hurt to ask them for help.

New maps added to server. And I am updating my stalkyard... so you may have to re-extract the file.

Seems like its working good, you killed me about 20 times with the cross bow sitting on that ledge, my new rig might be fast but it doesn't make me any better......

Hahaha

You will get the hang of smooth video soon.

I really like the map. It's a nice change of pace. Gona try to setup the download map from url... playing all these new maps.. the server really takes a hit when I have 1 to 4 people trying to download it from me.

For HL2DM I only use the [abX] tag to identify my name that I am from the forum. I know a few others do also. Watch out for Gbud, he cheats.. Just giving you a hard time Gbud!

On the other hand I know a few of us play DoD so I may just start using the [abX] tag with my name in case I play with some people from here. Clans can be fun, but I hate to practice and usually don't have time to do so. I just like to jump on and run and gun.
