It might be worth trying it you had the Star of Azura (the rechargable Soul Gem you get in a Daedric quest) in your inventory and no other soul gems but that one. If she can be trapped her soul would pack quite a punch.

| Per another Morrowind site, yes. Almalexia is worth 1500 enchant points compared to a golden saint's 400 enchant points. So Almalexia is a whopper of a capture. It is way too late for me to go back and soul trap Dagoth Ur. I may just have to go back on this one. A grand soul gem should do it. I have a few and they are available at the Magic Shop in Mournhold. Where is the Star of Azura? |

| I'm going to have to go back on this one. 1500 enchant points is not to be passed up. TIP - All you Buds doing Morrowind - Don't forget to soul trap Dagath Ur when you get to him. |

| Well ... I went back and I tried several times and I can't soul trap Almalexia. I used the Soul Trap spell and the mist is swirling around her as she goes down but my Grand Soul gem stays empty. |

If you haven't completed the Daedric quests you should. They're a lot of fun with cool loot to boot. Another series of enjoyable quests (one big quest, actually, made up of a series of smaller ones) is the quest for the Master Propylon Index, which when complete allows for instantaneous teleportation between the various propylon chambers scattered throughout the island. You can download the plug-in (it's an "official" one) from Elder Scrolls.com....

| TQ, are you saying that these proplyon chambers are useless without this download? How dumb is that? |

| Good question JoeFrat! I stumbled upon one chamber just across the river south of the city of Gnisis. I also happen to have some kind of Index in my inventory found from I can't remember where. But nothing worked. Nothing happened. There are no instructions on how to activate. |

Yes, once you have all the indexes you can travel to each chamber yourself but the fellow that hires you pays 500 Septims for each index and the quest (or quests, since it is several) itself is great fun, a real highlight of the game.

| Well, ... I went and got the Star of Azura. Then went and knocked off Vivec. The Star of Azura did capture his soul. Then I restored the game. (I like Vivec. It was only a test.) So it takes the Star of Azura to capture the soul of a god or goddess. Now do I gp back a third time, get the Star of Azura, and then go back to the ClockWork City? I wish I knew all this before I took out Dagoth Ur. Last edited by traveler : 01-24-2004 at 12:55 PM. |

| If I had a soul gem with a golden saint captured, what would be a good thing to do with it? ![]() |

Now that sounds like two good ideas! What item do I use to make an enchantment like that?

You then need to bring the soul gem and the item to an enchanter and pay for the enchantment. If I remember correctly I made a healing exquisite ring, levitating robes, pants of light and lots of other cool stuff. Also, daedric and ebony armor/weapons hold the most magically charge. I think that any spell that can buff you can be made into a permanent effect! I usually avoid cheats but the following link is just a list of which items can hold the highest level of permanent effect. http://db.gamefaqs.com/console/xbox/...ent_points.txt The ring of healing is a must!

| I can't seem to get this enchantment thing to work. Do I need to be at 100 for Intelligence and Willpower traits? |
