Anyone do MORROWIND ? Yep. I know. It's the game that everyone got for free with their ATI Radeon card recently. But I'm playing it. Just wondered if anyone else is or did. To say the level is massive is an understatement. It's not a linear level thing like HalfLife where you must complete one level to progress from that level to the next. Morrowind is one astonomical size level with things going on all over. Anyone do Morrowind?

I loved it (and so did many other people). But a lot of people hated it - not many people have neutral feelings for this game. The game is huge and NOTHING repeats itself. I have read articles that calculated the morrowind world at 1/6 to 1/10 the size of England (scaled of course). So many quests! (but after a while many start to blur because there is not much difference in many). Graphics is still top notch, but stability was poor (hit quicksave often). I also loved how flexible character development was.

Where are good walkthroughs located? I'd like to find one for the Mages' Guild quest.

I'm trying to find a list of the quests that cause a conflict somehow. For example going after the CodeBook causes a conflict with your Thiefs Guild membership. Is there a list of conflicts?

Try to locate a copy of the official guide. Believe me, it will be worth your time and money. It may not have a section dedicated to direct mission conflicts (there aren't enough to warrant that) but it will give you the ramifications of certain actions and decisions you may and can make in the game.

Bought a copy on eBay. I hope it gets here in the next few days. This is a GREAT GAME !!! There are games (quests) in here for all the different kinds of gamers. Unless of course you're looking for auto racing or airplanes.

Well, I made it to GhostGate for the first time. Amazing graphics and "feel". The wind, the ash storm, the sky during the storm, the obscuring of the distance. WoW. Up on the mountain! I hope it doesn't erupt on me. I don't want lava all over my computer!
