Where can I get Rot Scale?

Only one plant in the Fountainhead Cave had Rot Scale. Only one merchant had only one to sell.

The Amber Sheogorath is one of the objects you need for the Museum of Oddities quest. It is a piece of amber in the shape of Sheogorath. Supposedly it shows up in one of the amber stumps or branches. Obviously I haven't yet found it. But then I haven't been in every cave yet either.

I'm more interested in 'when' someone found it with my thinking that it's 'released' to be found in the random loot after so much time in the Shivering Isles. But I could be wrong on this.

I bought the shivering isles for my 360... LOL I have both Oblivion for my PC and the 360.

But last friday I built my new gaming rig so I might be playing the PC version all over again... Sweet!!

Now that you posted, I never did finish that quest. It sound like something from a Jay Leno joke.

I just built my new rig 1 week ago and I feel the urge to play oblivion again! But that would be the 4th time.... 1x xbox 360, 3x PC.... LOL

But it looks so darn spectacular!

Just did Ebrocca in the northeast of Shivering Isles.

Got three items and found the secret level.

Very nice dungeon. Good dungeon design in Oblivion and Shivering Isles.
