quests, eh...I confess I have been ignoring the missions somewhat, but if doing them is they way to better equipment, I may need to rethink that...

Guys, try Eve Zone. It has a great comparison tool for everything from ships to loads, fully customizable. You could get lost in that thing, if it wasn't for your wife standing behind you, complaining about all the time you're putting in on the game.

Not that I'd have any firsthand knowledge, of course.

Revenge? Me?!?

Yeah, the kids and I plotted different scenarios all week while we built sand castles. I think I will have to bide my time on this one, since the Caracal is particularly vulnerable to close-in ambush. OTOH, the Ferox would handle that nicely.

Nice to be back. Miner 5 should finish by bedtime tonight, then going for Cruiser 3. I think that I'm way behind the pack WRT training.

BTW, sounds like you guys are getting a bit bored with the game?

We missed your wit and repartee.

Seriously, I am a little. Mining gets tedious, and to move on to new levels takes a lot longer training time. Plus, I played so much early on, you can't keep the pace up. Multiplayer stuff is still fun.

Mining night this week only had a couple people.

I was kind of feeling the same way when I left last week. Thing is, mining pays so much more than most missions that it's the only reasonable way to get the isk that you need for the good ships. IMO, trading in secure space is too hit-and-miss to be worth the time, and the level 1 and 2 missions don't pay diddly.

Maybe you need a few days' break? Set up some long-term training and come back in a few. After being away for a week, I am looking forward to some time online -- even mining!

Mining pays the bills. Ask Wingit. hehe.

Cheers

Just like with RL we all will get a bit bored but as mike said step away for a few day, set some long term training and come back, we all need some timeouts sometimes.

i like mike am looking forward to get back out there..see ya in game.
