| Anybody had any trouble with USB on the P4S333 ? ? Mine doesn't seem to want to work at 100 or 133 fsb ? They're there in device manager - but wont work with my webcam or joypad. I didn't do a reinstall of Win2k - would that make a difference ? Im stumped mj |

| mj... I am running the same Mobo, however, I am running XP Pro and my USB ports are running fine... I just installed a new USB 2.0 card and that is running good as well. Are you getting any errors when you plug something in????

| Hi Sweeper, Im not getting errors - my devices just wont work. My webcam powers up but when I go to use it it says "in use by other application". My digicam is the same - and my gamepad is "dead". I think I may have to reinstall Win2k - this is a 12 month old install which has seen a lot of action :-) I'll try some other stuff first like disabling OB sound and moving some PCI cards. It would be easier if I knew which PCI slot shared a real hardware interupt with the USB though - something the manual doesn't specify Cheers Mark |

| I'm doing o.k. with my USB devices...keyboard and mouse. I did notice something the other night that I hadn't noticed before...in the system config utility I have a file called SisUSBrp.exe running. This file I have no idea what it does but it is described as being something SiS uses for USB. I don't know if this file was put there after I updated to the new agp1.09f or after the bios update to 1005. I never noticed before.
