Hi

Does anyone know the safe voltage range for the Intel E8400 processor at stock speeds? I have an ASUS Maximus Formula motherboard...

Thanks

Re: E8400 and voltage???

I think it would be worthwhile for you to read pages 17 and 18 of the Intel datasheet:

http://download.intel.com/design/pro...s/31873201.pdf

The bottom line is that you are taking risks if you go above 1.3625V.

Regards,

I wouldnt go much higher then 1.45v, intel has it labeled on the box 1.45v is max. Also i would make your sig smaller its way too big.

sig is still kinda big...maybe you should it separate it and make it go across instead of vertical or lower the font size to 1
