| Manual has descriptions of the error beeps on page 43 at bottom of page. Is it one long then 3 short beeps? If so it seems like a video card problem. |

|  The only way I could make mine do the warbling sound (high then low beep in a loop) was when I pulled out the CPU. Hope you don't have CPU problem. I bought the board 2 weeks ago and never got it to post. It always gave me a long beep followed by a short one. No video, post, etc. I tried everything. Pulled the battery, with/without video card, different memory, using only one stick, reseating everything, etc. I know it wasn't any of my hardware becuase I have 3 other work stations running a P3V4X and 2 P3Bf's. All memory, CPU,etc. works fine in them. As I said above, the only way I could make it do anything else was to pull the CPU. I've since sent the mobo back and am waiting for a new one to come any day now. I wish you luck.
