| How do I recognise an M0 stepping P4 CPU? I want to buy and M0 stepping P4 3.0C cpu. Can someone pls tell me how to recognise one from the box product code info so I don't blow it? Thanks cm

| Run CPU-Z and check the details in the first tab. But if you want to check it when boxed up then I know that SL6Z5's are M0 stepping - they are quite popular now (well in Sydney at least).

| The SL6Z3's are M0 stepping as well. I've heard the SL6Z5's are better though since they are newer, but both should offer very good OC's. Edit: I'd check out the 2.8's as well, it will overclock just about the same as the 3.0, but will probably be significantly cheaper.
