i want to buy a mainboard for a CPU intel P4, so which mainboard do you requested??? i want one a strong one that can work for years. please help it is my first post. thanks

What computer are you typing this on now? Did you build it?

no i did not built it, someone built it before, and now i need to change the main board , so i just want to know which mainboard are good for a pantuem 4,. thanks

We cannot help you if you don't answer our questions.

I suggest that if your computer is working than you do nothing.

Do not change the mainboard. It seems you do not know enough to do so. I suggest that you read and study up on the construction of computers. There is no such thing as "thanks for asking about the socket i have both of them". It is highlly unlikely that both of them are on your motherboard.

Start by reading the websites of the major motherboard manufacturers. Start with Asus. When you find a mobo you think fits your needs then post what you found and we can discuss it.

OK since you have both you want a motherboard for a socket 478 system and a motherboard for a 775 system? Its either you have a 478 or 775 you cant have both in one system.

yes i have both, socket 478 or 775 but not at the same system of course, i will use just one, so i will try to find which mainboard that i can find in my city, that is the reason i requested informations for both 478 or 775 . thanks for all the informations.
