Need suggestions for P4P800 overclock

I now have two systems build on the P4P800 running with xp pro.

System A:
P4P800 2.4b 1 stick Crucial ddr333 & 1 stick Infinion ddr333 both 512mg
AI overclock 20% without Turbo
PCMark02 CPU= 7008 Mem= 8145 Hdd= 1139

System B:
P4P800 2.4b 2 sticks Corsair XMS ddr333 256mg
AI overclock 20% without Turbo
PCMark02 CPU= 6970 Mem= 6966 Hdd= 1128
I have been able to increase things abit by turning turbo on and adjust memory timings to 2 3 3 6.
CPU= 7030 Mem= 7636 Hdd= 1192
I tried 2 3 2 5 and has a system crash, I needed to get the bios from the asus mobo cd.

Why can't I get the memory score up ?
Could the fact that system A has 1 gig of ram and system B has 512mg ?

I noticed that system A has Dram burst length at 4 clocks.

System B was set at 8 clocks so I changed it to 4 clocks.

The memory score went up from 7621 to 7714.

Does the amount of ram effect the score ?

I called Corsair tech support to discuss this issue.

The guy I spoke to sounded overworked but friendly.

According to him, with turbo on, the timings are 2 2 2 5 and it shouldn't work but it does ...

He went on to explain that PC Mark02 uses apps to test and give the scores and that a system with more ram (like system A) might score higher than a system with less ram and faster timings.
He suggested that I swap the ram between the systems and retest.

I think not ...

My cpu is at about 52C while running 3DMark01se.
I just ordered another Coolmaster Aero 4 to address this issue.
