| Hi, its been awhile since ive posted on here, heres my problem. I have a WCG200-CC(comcast) wireless-G router(im using hardwire,cat5e). As i open my aol instant messenger and my MIRC chat, every so often well more then often every 5-10 mins my aim knocks off line and my MIRC disconnects. i did some searching and found some people complaining about this issue too and they blamed it on the firmware of the router.. that the routers firmware had to be rolled back to an older version. i haven't found any way to rollback except that some people just called in comcast and they talked to a tech and rolled back the firmware. so i called comcast and asked about and they said they couldn't do anything about it and so i have a tech comming out on Tuesday. If anyone knows something similar or of this problem and has a FIX, id appreciate it, (attached a picture of my router) thanks in advanced -norq |
