Windows Update spoof allows early download of Vista SP1

Microsoft has released Vista's SP1 to a group of select beta testers, but a Windows Update spoof has been discovered that allows any user to unofficially "join" that group. CyberNet News reports (via Ghacks) that a simple registry change will display Windows Vista SP1 as an available update ready for download...

Here are the instructions for those who may not want to burrow through the article for them

Download Windows Vista Service Pack 1 Beta

Seems like a lot of reboots not to mention I had SP1 beta installed before and I noticed not one difference other then the annoying water mark. Fortunately there are instructions to get rid of that as well on the above page, but I wouldn't bother to install it again..
