| yeah seems like MS is doing everything they can to not release SP3 ![]() when has a small bug ever prevented Microsoft from releasing a product on time...they released ME without any worries

| how big is the file for you?...I hear that on Windows Update the file size is around 66 MB while the standalone download is over 300 MB seems like a really big difference...

| Re: Windows XP Service Pack 3 available (for real this time) I had some weird things happening when I installed Service Pack 3 over the top of everything else. However, over the weekend, I ended up reinstalling WindowsXP, and first thing I did, after I got it reinstalled was to install Service Pack 3. It appears to work better this way.

If I recall correclty the file was named mdma... I am curious if you will have the same issue. If not.. how did you slipstream?
