Re: Anyone using Carbonite for backup?

I thought perhaps after they were bought out by EMC, things would improve. Once again I am wrong. I used Carbonite's tech support once and it did take me awhile to get an answer (2 or three days) however, they did provide credible info.

I hope it gets fixed, I went with mozy, and I'm still uploading my files, at least with mozy, my computer icon and pages there is no slowdown what so ever, I can't tell either way if mozy is on my computer, which was my big gripe with Carbonite! Having been on hold for 2 hours and never reaching tech support twice with Carbonite was the straw that broke the camals back with me, and the the last 2 hour hold I was disconnected! Well it seems like both have there problems....here's hoping they both work them out because its a Great option!
