Historically I've been Asus all the way. Budget cuts have changed that though...

ASUS has never let me down. Every board I've bought has been rock solid from the very first power-up.

The Asus p4t-e and p4pe was the two best asus boards i had, i had a few after that and i will no longer buy asus. Ive had good luck with giga-byte and im going to stick with them.

Even though I've owned and built a lot more Asus boards than any other brand, the last two I had left such a bad taste in my mouth that I'd be hard pressed to buy another unless it was at a blowout sale price..
Same thing for Intel boards, My D875PBZ is still chugging along... But My experience with an 865GBF was a 2 month long nightmare..
I've had a few Gigabyte boards that have been rock solid, but I always thought they were too expensive. I'll just pay the extra from now on..

I've built two with Tyan and now two with Asus. All four were extremely stable, easy builds.

I'm actually pretty impressed with Asrock, I bought a few as cheapy replacements for boards that I couldn't get anywhere else and the performed as advertised..
I have two of the dual 775 series in the house and they both have been good boards (cheap too)..

I used a few asrock boards for low budge/server builds and they are a pretty stable board for the price.

I have a Gigabyte/AMD computer, but after a great run with an Intel 440BX and my current 875PBZ, I'll give Intel the first look. I'm open about it, but stability and reliability is #1 with me, Intel is not that exciting, but rock solid.

I've been building systems with Asus boards, and was planning on replacing my current one with with a 965 board, but now that the P35 boards are out I'm looking at them and am having a hard time justifying building another with another Asus board.

I really don't have one.. Whatever is hottest at the fleeting moment. I have to say though that my Abit AN8 Fatality has held out pretty well. It doesn't OC for crap, and I don't even bother anymore, but I have run it constantly for almost 2 years now and it's still kicking My several socket A Soyo's have all been rocks if not a bit boring anymore. I loved the BX1 too. It's a little early to tell, but I am liking the projected X38 specs on the Asus at this point for my next build.

Well, I was an Asus fan which was one of the reasons I was first drawn to Asusboards back then... but then I had a flirtatous affair with Gigabyte and was struck by their reliability at stock and the bang for the buck they gave me with all their extras.

But like all affairs, the attraction has worn off a bit and I'm a little tired of the quirky behaviour the Gigabyte boards often exhibit.

There was a time before Asus when I thought I was in love with Abit... loved the wild ride we had together... but they just couldnt offer me the stability I needed so I guess I'm heading back to Asus on my next build!
