Which notebook is faster?

I need some help to make a decision:
Which notebook would be faster for software development?

I have two choices:
1. 1.5G Pentium M with 2G RAM and NVidea GeForce Go5650 graphics
2. 2.0G Pentium M with 500 MG RAM and ATI Mobility Radeon graphics.

I tend to have a lot of windows(SAP and Oracle) open at once when doing
web development. That might make a difference.
But everything I touch is on remote servers.

Neither of these laptops are good choices, but it's all my
employer is offering.

Any opinions?

512MB RAM is bad for XP regardless of the application.
