Anyone who had more than 100 posts can email CJ and ask him to add the number of posts to their new profile, and all of the old threads are still there, but read only.

Smile re: re: re: ........

just poking head out of the tornado shelter , to see if
its safe - heh! looks like the conversion was a success.
Msg boards are MUCH faster.... kudo's

However... I miss the little "beer" , "naughty", and "hammer" icons .
Oh, well... , I guess their just a casualty of "progress"

The forum is better, but I'm sorry to see the spell check go. That was a great feature when people used it. Sometimes its difficult to tell what people are trying to say!
Losing my 86 posts is the pits, but oh well.....

I'm going to brink back the extra smilies...Just give me a few days.

Spell checking and many other features will be in version 2.0 of vBulletin, which is due out in the next few months (its in beta right now).

lol@garnet! hehe!
This # of posts thing kills me!
There ARE things in life that matter, if the number is bigger, like income, the size of your............ goodheartedness ... to name a few.....
But, anyone can post anything, any # of times, so the idea that some kind of "importance" or "rank" is directly proportional to the # of posts amuses me greatly. hehe!

Think in terms of social conversation......
Do you hold a chatterbox in high esteem?
SOME people who say a lot, say it well, and with purpose..but not many.
Then theres others who say very little, but when they do, its a pearl.

This has nothing at all to do with you garnet... I just wanted to get my # of posts up to 2.
Im so far behind as it is!
What will the neighbors think!! SLACKER!
ahahah!!

Wulffie

ps- do we get prizes as we pass certain post count milestones? Are there redeemable coupons??
hehe! ok enuf outta me !

Actually I was curious about your P3-700E....
What stepping do you have, and whats your S-code?
Intel is sending me a replacement p3-700E under warranty..... stepping and S-code as of yet to be determined..... Thanks.

If we could keeping going long enough..........we could become........"CUSL2 techno wizards/cool dude experts". And at my age, that may be too much to handle!
My chip is a cB0 stepping, L020A135, Malaysia. I'm running it at 1.8v. I've had it at 1029 with no problem, but backed it off a bit to insure stability. It's a great chip! Cooling it with an Alpha pal35. Max. temps 41c.

This my second 700. My first cBo wouldn't run past 728! Piece of techno doo doo.
