Question Which gaming pad >

I need to upgrade my mouse pad and would like some input..... I want a good gaming pad as I will be using LOGITECH's mx 5000 which comes with a mx 1000 bluetooth wireless mouse. I have a normal blue mouse pad with the erginomical hump. doesn't work all that great.... with my current mouse....MICROSOFT's bluetooth elite desktop set.

DUDE! IF you haven't already DO NOT buy the MX5000! It is total F'ing crap! The list of irritants is really too long to mention. I bought mine before reading reviews and boy have I been sorry. It drops signals, the "touch" volume sucks butt. It either doesn't work at all or will blast your speakers out. It likes to ddouble type the first key after it sits for about a minute (which is more annoying then it sounds) Finally after dealing with all that. The damn USB dongle died on me! Logitech support SUCKS! I have faxed them a copy of the order confirmation TWICE (per their instructions) and still no replacement or any explanation. I rarely feel so strongly about a product, but this one is a complete lemon.

Go with an eXactPad, I mean eXactMat + eXactRest from Razer.

I use an Icemat for my workstation and a Steelpad on my game machine. Both work wonderfully well.
I use Logitech laser rodents.

So.....
I tried the RatPadz GS and it was not bad, however it was warped. So, I picked up a RocketFish 2 sided and my Mx revolution mouse doesn't work well(loses connection, skips).

I really like the feel of the Rocketfish. What can I do to improve the mouse -Teflon feet?

The feet of the Revolution MX are made of low-friction polytetrafluoroethylene - aka: Teflon.

That's what I run.

The eXactMat by Razer has two sides. I use the eXactMatXspeed side.
