Help with asus RMA

I have a new asus cusl2-c board that will not recognize the Inter pIII 733 flip chip. I have had two different techs to mount the board and all necesary cards and pIII gets no signal from the asus board. I ordered this board from Los Amgles Computer Center and it had a 3 day return time> I had an out state family emergency and had to be out of state for about 2 weeks. Los Angles Computer Center would not replace the board and said I would have to return it to Asus. What options do I Have and how do I contact asus and talk to a live person about a RMA. Thanks. Please e-mail me at curt100@dicksonstreet.com Also, I suspect the board was returned to LACC, because it didnot have any mounting hardware with it and a small dent just in front of the processor bed where the chip is locked down. A voltmeter test says the chip bed is getting voltage. Thanks
