| Why new wired MS keyboards only ps2? I notice all new wireless combos come with usb/ps2, but wired keyboards are only ps2? why is this? I thought we were going away from legacy ports?

| I was thinking about this as well. Maybe Microsoft bought billions of PS/2 connectors, and they want to get their money's worth.

| Perhaps they are trying to force wired keyboards into obsolesence by not offering a usb option? Or atleast influence the market in that direction?

| i would consider wireless, but i have heard bad things about range, response, and battery life. anyway, if MS does want to convert people to wireless, the prices need to be lowered.
