| Wireless mouse question. I have a Logitech MX1000 laser mouse, which I really love. My wife wants one too, and her PC is right next to mine. What I want to know is if two wireless mice can operate in close proximity to each other without interference. I don't want my mouse moving the cursor on her screen and vice versa, or both of them to start working only intermittently. Thanks!

| Yes they can operate just fine. But, if they do happen to interfere, change the channel on one of them and it will disappear. |

| Thanks for replying! How about buying two Logitech MX 3100 keyboard/mouse combos? I know when I used to use a Duo that the keyboard and mouse didn't like being on the same channel, and there are only two to choose from. Add another combo and your going to end up with at least two devices on the same channel. I don't know enough about how these devices work wirelessly. I thought maybe someone here might have some practical experience and have tried it.

| Shouldn't be any problem, the new ones have 10 channels IIRC, so you should have enough for 5 duo setups in close proximity. But, I admit, I am not using my mouse with a wireless keyboard, I am using a wired MS keyboard, I prefer them to the Logitechs for their "feel". But, that's a very personal thing. |
