Benchmarked for the first time....any tweaking suggestions?

I read the other posts and it looks like 4580 on 3d 05' is good. I haven't tried 3d 03' yet, which I've heard is better. I'm not overclocking anything and my specs are below. I thought that my benchmark would be higher, but apparantly, 4580 is good. I'd like to make it faster though. So, any suggestions (in easy layman's terms please) from you pros? Thanks to all.

You should be getting about 5900.

Make sure you have the latest drivers for your card and other hardware, the latest patch for 3D Mark '05 and make sure that you're running a fresh cold-boot with minimal background programs running when you run the benchmark.

Talking Make sure you run

make sure you run your games in 16 bit mode as this yeilds only one pipeline and makes your games run at top speed they can run my set up is 16 bit buy 1024x768 @85 hertz and i get online fps of about 50 in half life 2 on a 5900oc xt geforce your card should be double that in 16 bit mode

3DMark05 is primarily a video card test. The higher you can clock your card, the higher your score will be. There are various utilities that allow you to run your card at higher speeds.

3DMark03 is not really better, just different. 3DMark01 takes into account CPU speed more than the other two.
