The latest beta version is 2.00.235. Among other things, the beta has a benchmarking test for memory latency.

i use it for temp monitoring .... but oh well ... memory latency tests wouldnt hurt either ....

Actually that's only DDR536 (BH-5). I've seen memory read scores above 8000.

Some TCCD modules would likely do over 8000 MB/s. Someone also managed over 9000 in Sandra at DDR686.
