Friggin' Mad Onion is swamped, can't get in to publish: http://wsphotofews.excite.com/028/vU/3y/Rp/oh30828.jpg

1.7 P4 at 1955MHz, Win2KSP2, 35+ processes running, new Det4 drivers, card at 225/525.

If the temps drop my card can handle 235-240 core/535-540 mem and I usually run the CPU at 2006MHz to 2040MHz for benchmarking.

Odds are it will end up pulling 8350-8500 with the new driver, both in Win98SE & Win2KSP2.

Bottom line-

The new drivers are STRONG!

3DMark2001 score is 5540

Alcohol pump cooled PIII 700e @ 1035Mhz on a non-overclocked Asus v8200

I'll try overclocking the vid card sometime in the near future.

Try reebooting at defaults and the set your mem to 555...sometimes you are clocking backwards when increasing a certain number of times......sounds wierd but it worked for me.

Hmmm, is this possible? I just ran 3DMark2000v1.1 @ default test w/ a P4 1.5GHz, 128MB RDRAM, Asus V7700 32MB Pure vid card with 6.31c, DirectX 7.0, 1024x768x16bit and Win98 SE all at default settings and got a whopping 7476 benchmark.

Yes, but it's actually not the default test.

1024 x 768 32 bit color is default...
