It's a 9800np that thinks it's a Pro (probably due to a bios mod-purchased the card as open box at Best Buy).
All DDR memory functions in the same way. Since a single frequency clock can result in a data transfer as fast as twice the frequency of the clock, specs always show the effective bandwidth rating instead of actual. The control panel (mem tweaker?) software is showing you the actual speeds settings from the videocard BIOS. Not to mention that Samsung/Infineon 350mhz actual memory speed rated chips are used on the pro card and 300 mhz chips on the non pro.

Oh. Ok, then I will live with my dismal score. I'm not going to oc a video card just to have a higher score. Can't oc the mobo so I'm just better off where I currently am.

Hehe. As long as your open box card works well then just enjoy it!

Dunno what I did, but the damn card started glowing, then the Aquamark passed by in a wink! Core temp went down to 18 degrees, and McDonald Duck knocked on the door...

*sigh*

now I know why I am getting such low scores in aquamark.

My softmodded 9500->9700 Pro is not fully compliant.

It does sport a full 8 texels or whatever that is but its only 128bit not 256 bit like a true 9700 pro.

Poor me

Oh well the rest of my system is kickass
