No, but I managed to first get my HTPC working (after my dad told me not to buy a laptop since he was going to get one for Christmas) and just yesterday got one of the towers working. Still have 3 useless mobos, but I'm pretty sure all it was was the CPU that was causing all the problems.

I got 2395 for my first run with my 9800 Pro at defaults. I guess according to Futuremark, I need a new video card.

2174 with Radeon 9500@9700@360/275Mhz and Prescott 3.0@3.3(FSB 220) ASUS P4C800-E deluxe board and latest 8.07 ATI beta drivers. I am happy with that score, I've thought that I will not beat 2000.

My Radeon runs hotter then in the DOOM3 - DOOM3 47C, and 3DMark'05 50.5!!!
Ambient is 44.

I think I will stay with this Radeon for awile... Will bye 1Gig of ram first.

Is my score normal or good?

Are the quality sliders in your drivers set for maximum performance instead of quality? If not: Do it and run the benchmark again.

Reached 5000 today after some more tweaking
Dont now how far i can push this thing but the
PNY Verto 6800 GT runs fine on 415/1.10 with no
artifacts at all.Wish i had a descent cpu to match
the rest of my components.Maybe i can push that old
P4 2.53 Northwood a bit further but i´m using Intel stock
cooler.

wait until the drivers start maturing for the new 6800 cards..Then you will see scores that compare with the equivalent ATI cards. Game performance between x800's & 6800's is close so don't worry. The current drivers are after all just derivatives of the drivers that were out at release of the 6800's.

They are, (I think). I must be doing something wrong, I used a specific game profile, (Far Cry), turned off the Application controlled tick box and pulled the sliders to performance. I'm using 61.77's.
