| X1800 XT - 1 GHz GPU / 1 GHz Memory Sampsa in Finland has managed to get both GPU and memory speeds above 1000MHz using a X1800 XT card. http://www.xtremesystems.org/forums/...ad.php?t=77157 ![]() |

| If this is a sign of what is to come, it looks like ATi might have a killer graphics card due in 3 weeks. I am just guessing but I think the average overclock will be around 800MHz watercooled maybe aircooled.

| You'll note there is some artifacting in his screenshot. Still, it's quite an achievement. |

| Some minor artifacting, but that artifacting could have been left over from going past 1GHz and scaling down or it could very well be artifacting. I have to go over to the XS forums and read, but I suppose he propably used a single stage casade for that. Edit nvm read the thread and he used Dry Ice.

| H2O, it's way too early for a cascade, and stuff like high wr's never are really achieved with single stages, there are hundreds of people on XS with single stagers and then there is people with DI and LN2, then there are guys like Tom Holck and Shamino (Lardarse) with extreme dual stage or tripple stage cascades, i'm not sure what they use, I know they use refrigerants, I think Shamino is using ethylene which is pretty dangereous, at first he asked a lot of questions at XS...

| Jagwire that was a guess as to what he used by the temp on the core. I am just waiting till Fugger, Macci, or The Stilt decide to have some fun. As a note I would also be on the XS forums but their stupid registration won't accept my e-mail.
