A very nice case indeed! For those that do not need a case of this size you can go with the PC-V1000B which is a bit smaller.

I agree as that was my original intention but then I discovered that almost none of the high end PSU's will fit in the V1000B without case modification.

Thats the main reason I went with the V2000B. My OCZ 520W Modstream would not fit the V1000B.

Does anyone have an image of how the plastic arms on the "Vertical Support" work?

I have never encounted a design element like this in a case, and I am not completely sure how to use it correctly. Of all the reviews I have read on this case, Keri's is the only one that even mentions this part.

Thanks for the help.

I don't have an image for you as I don't even have mine in currently but they just swing into place around the wire(s) running to your PCI-E Video Card(s). This supports the power cable to the card(s) so it does not put any pulling pressure on the card(s) itself/themselves.

Hmmm. I am sure it is very simple, I am just haaving trouble visualizing how this works. Is there anything that loops or adheres the wire to the support arm? or is it more like a clothes line where the arm is there for you to drape the cord over it?

Maybe it will be more apprearant after I have the new machine assembled. I was just pre-planning my build, all that has been delivered is the MoBo and the case.

The wire(s) "lay(s)" between 2 of the plastic arms for support.

In my personal system I have not installed the support. I route my wires so there is no pulling on the video card anyway and the case is just as sturdy without the support.

What about that power supply prevents it from fitting in that case? I have a Lian-Li PC-68 and was just about to order that OCZ ps to replace my overworked ps. The measurements on the OCZ are a little long but it should fit in my case. Is there something else about it that makes it not fit in some cases?

It should be fine in the case you have. It's just the new "Inverted" style of the Lian Li PC-V1000 that was a problem with the longer PSU's.

If you have a Top Blow Hole there COULD be a problem but otherwise....Should be fine.

I do but it is 7 inches from the back of the case to edge of the fan. According to the listed dimensions of the ps it should fit.

Good Luck with it. Hope it clears the blow fan.

Got my power supply today. The sata connector was a tight fit going by the fan but it easily bent enough to get by. That is one sweet power supply.
