768mb Single or 512 Dual channel on A7N8X-E (NF2)

I am running the comp primarilly as a Media Center, and I have some DDR floating around, so i have the chance to put either 768mb of single channel, or keep the 512mb of dual channel. i have had this motherboard for a while, and i dont really know much about it as it was bought strictly for this purpose. Its a mix of Kingston Value 256 and 2 TCCC 256's or 2 TCCC 256's. more details in my profile

I'd say you're probably better off with the dual-channel 512mb. Depends on the application you're using, though. For a media center it probably doesn't make much difference anyway.
