| a7n8x- deluxe sata & promise card My OS drive is a WD sata drive boots no problem. have 2 cd/cdrw drive and 2 ide disks connected to the mb. no problems there. As soon as i hook a drive to the promise controller the system tries to use that card and will not boot or bypass to the sata drive. I have a rev 2.0 baord. looked on asus website but only found a fix for the older rev boards. anyone have any suggestions? thanks! hockeyguy |
