W98se it is. And the temperatures are indeed the same as W2K. As far as I know, AMD CPU's don't take advantage of idle cycles, so the temperature differences between Idle state and Full load is minimal (ie 3-4 C degrees).

I think that I have also heard that plain W98 burns the CPU at full cycle, obviously by executing extra code compared to SE.
