A7V333 v1.02 & XP2200+

I have an A7V333 v1.02 & upgraded from XP2000+ to XP2200+

After doing that the system starting behaving terrible with lockups, boot time of 5 minutes, IDE channels recognized as PIO mode only,...

I formatted & nothing worked, tried 3 different XP2200+ with the same results.

When I returned to XP2000+ everything worked OK.
Probably my board does not support XP2200+, although ASUS & AMD say it does.

Any ideas what should I do? (except throw the damn board)?

Bios & everything else to the latest version

XP2000+ & XP2100+ work perfect

XP2200+ (tried 3 of them) & higher CPUs (even tried 2600+ / 333FSB) cause all the problems I mentioned

Didn't you already solve the problem by going to jumper-mode and few other things?
