A7V400-MX SE / Sempron 2200+ Issues

Have just purchased this motherboard and CPU for an older computer of mine. however am having some difficulty with the motherboard detecting the CPU's speed.
Everything is working fine but the Bios is detecting a 900 Mhz... I have flashed the bios with the latest version. Changed the FSB on the motherboad, flashed the CMOS etc etc. however no change in the FSB of the CPU in Bios. The curent setting of the FSB on the motherboard (Jumpers) is at 333 Mhz but Bios is detecting 100 Mhz... CAN ANYONE HELP ME?

Are you sure you have dip switches set 1 down and 2-5 up? As in the image below.
