| ASRock MB Jumpers/FSB etc... Hi, I have an ASRock K7VT2 motherboard with an AMD 2400+ CPU and 2x512mb PC133 RAM, XFX GF FX5200 256mb AGP Card. My problem in with the CPU which currently runs at 1500Mhz. If I change the FSB form 100 to 133 (15x133 is appx 2000Mhz) using either the on board jumper or the bios, the machine will not boot (no neep, no post). Can anyone point me in the right direction? Is it due to the fact that I only have PC133 RAM? Do I need DDR RAM to run at full speed? Is it the GFX card (monitor won't come out of standy mode!) Thanks Alex |
