| I've already tried them and lost my four channel sound. Also native XP drivers cause me to lose four channel. Some are reporting cleaner sound with the new drivers, but they don't work right on my IWILL...

| Ozzie, I've just downloaded. I'm gonna try it after switching the monitor, cause I only still have 1 monitor and will get me another monitor or just buy a switch. Will let you know how it goes on my KK266-R

| I suspect it has something to do with the four channel MR... Everything LOOKS right, but doesn't function properly - rear channels are dead...I've tried several times with both XP and the new C-Media and never found the reason for it. So far the only setup I can use properly is off the original cd.

| Ozzie, I just installed ver 6.30 over 6.29 after uninstalling the 6.29 first. After reboot, I installed the 6.30 then reboot again. Everything seems working right on Windows XP Pro. In your setup, the one that is not working is the 4 channel setting set via Audio Mixer Control Panel, right? Maybe you have corrupted drivers when downloading? I notice that the mixer control panel is newer version 1.44. The older driver 6.29 has mixer ver 1.42. Try to uninstall the older driver first then reboot. Also after reboot, delete the older program files located at C:\C-Media or C:\Program Files\C-Media before attempting to install the newer driver. The installation of driver always creates this directory
