memory or mobo problem?

hi, this is my config:

a7n8x-deluxe 2.0 bios 1008
athlon XP 2000 (133mhz x 12.5)
512mb pc3200 kingston (KVR400X72C3A/512)
asus v9520 (geforce fx5200)

Some weeks ago I started having random reboots. after trying lot of things, i made my pc work again. 20 days later, again random boots. Now i cant boot XP, i cant boot with KNOPPIX (random errors loading) or reinstall windows.

I unplugged EVERYTHING except mobo + ram + video + cpu + cdrom. i booted with memtest, and i have LOT of memory errors.

its SURE that its a memory problem? i have only 1 memory card, i cant try with another one.

the memtest86 displays errors after 256mb, in this bits:
0000 XX00

example: write to memory: 1234 5678; read from memory: 1234 XX78 where XX = random numbers.

I'm not sure its a memory problem, what do you think?

did you disable Legacy USB in the BIOS before running memtest? It will cause errors.

The number one suspect (not always the guilty party though) of random reboots is a failing power supply. You can consider investigating that as well.
