Which Mobo Should I Go With?

I'm new to the forum so forgive me if this issue has been addressed already.

I'm building myself a new gaming system and I have all of the components except the motherboard. I currently have an AMD 64 3400+ processor.

I am trying to decide between the Asus K8V SE deluxe motherboard and the Asus K8N-E motherboard with the nForce 250Gb chipset.

I am leaning towards the K8V SE with the K8T800 chipset because I have heard nothing but good things about this board and I know a few people who own it and they have had no problems with it.

But I do like some of the extra features on the k8V mobo with the Nvidia chipset. I have heard mixed reviews on this chipset, some people say its awesome, some people say its crappy.

Anyone have any recommendations or pros/cons on either?

Whats the major difference between the 800 FSB on the nForce3 GB chipset and the Hypertransport on the k8T800?

I wont be doing an overclocking so thats no a major issue. (from what I hear you cant really overclock the 3400 cpus anyway)

Any responses would be greatly appreciated!
