at the bottom, when you're making a new post, there's a "choose file" button, just navigate to your pics from there

The current manual was released Nov 2002... and as they always say "Specifications subject to change without notice" If your mobo is newer than that, even though an older rev, the jumper placements may well have changed.

Basically I guess that I don't know what it is. If it was the fsb jumper and you changed it and everything was running fine prior then I'm not sure why it jumped up by changing it. what processer you have might also help in the determination of this.
