The race for quality has no finish line- so technically, it's more like a death march.

Yikes! I forgot to check...

Is an Antec 300W PS good enough for the A7V133 with a 1.2G 266FSB cpu? No oc'ing intended for a little while.

My Swiftech MC370-0A and YSTech fan should be enough for cooling the cpu - right? I will be using Artic Silver II.

I read in a review that they are Athlon approved. Wish I could remember where.

I've been doing a LOT of reading and posting in another forum about power supplies.
For what you have, you're just making it. If you're looking for a good overclock you may need to bump it up to the 400.
The Antec is rated as a very good power supply. It may actually be more stable than the Enermax on the 5v line from what I've been reading...
