| Bad Motherboard or Cpu? I have a giga-byte P35-DS3R with F11 bios. Along with that i have a quad core q6600 cpu. No matter what fsb i set in the bios for the cpu it will not change at all now. I clear the bios and it says my cpu is at 100fsb in the bios but it shows im at 266fsb at the post seen. I went back to bios F10 and still the samething. To me it looks to be more of a motherboard problem. |

| Re: Bad Motherboard or Cpu? I'm gonna take a guess based on what you describe, and say it's the motherboard, but I'm not real sure.

| Re: Bad Motherboard or Cpu? Its weird it wont detect my cpu fsb right in the bios but at the post screen and in windows it shows it running at stock 266fsb. If i up the fsb or lower it in the bios it wont change at all. |
