need help w/ voltage settings

Hello

I am at my wits end. i just put together a computer with a P5N32-E SLI PLUS mobo, an E6750 cpu, 2 gigs of OCZ mem 800mhz (i think). I keep getting the BSOD. I increased the memory voltage from 1.8 to 2.1 and that seemed to stablize it, until i his the N.O.S feature and now the won't last 24 hrs, even after i reset the NOS feature. I thought there might be some other voltage setting that i Don't know about that could add stability. some of them seemed low like the NB core is 1.3V and the Vcore is 1.4V, cpu VTT 1.3, DDR2 term 1.07V etc. Every thing is set to "auto" in BIOS except the memory volts and the mem timings. any help anyone has would be appreciated. I am not trying to overclock, I just want it to work. I am a novice when it comes to this stuff so please keep that in mind.
