edit: already found some answers, remaining questions are:
started about 3 hours ago... 25 frames finished... is that good for my setup (see sig) ?

perhaps this will tell you more: avg. time per frame = 577 seconds

1 wu has 100 frames right ?
so that's gonna take while
or am I doing something wrong ?

and what's about the gromacs and everything... is that necessary/better ?
There are many different size WU's. The Gromacs are 100 frames, Tinkers are 400 frames. The larger the point value, the longer it takes to complete. I just completed a 239 point tinker and it took over 30 hours. Some of the WU's are worth 15 points and complete in 3-4 hours.
Here is a list of WU's and there point value.......

That depends on what size WU! How many points is it worth?

I've got 2 CPU's running 24/7

not dedicated to FAH but it's constantly running...
I think it's really cool to see the program only uses free cpu cycles and doesn't slow anything down.

I just threw my 3600mhz + behind the team. I've no idea what it's doing so I will need to read up on this thread. It's taking about 5 minutes to do a frame. I think the job is a Tinker?? It says as attached pic. What's it mean guys? Please explain!
