Imagine the soon-to-come ATi R600! Oh dear, it's got 64 full pipelines, and I don't think they've neutered the 32-bitness either. It would probably be a total monster for folding.

Finally they've started exploiting the GPUs. I've been waiting for HPC-type applications for GPUs for over a year now. Massively parallel execution machines. Wonderful.

Oh, HPC=high performance computing, sorry.
