If you don't mind utilizing all 4 of the CPUs, then I would install and fold with the Windows SMP client as this will generate about 2200 points per day production.

I'm looking to get a G0 Q6600 this march, hopefully I'll be able to get it up to 3.4-3.6GHz and hit 3500+pts/day (fingers crossed).
