Man, it seemed like it took forever, but I went over the 20,000 this weekend. I've got my 2.6c P4 and a 1.8 P4 at work folding 24/7. Now, if I can talk my wife into letting me get some memory and a vid card I can start up a 2.66 P4. That would put me at just over 7 g's of folding power.

You're coming really strong crazer! You'll be flying by me very shortly. I just passed the 20,000 mark myself in the last little while. My goal is to make it to 25th place, but it seems like a long way away. I've been bouncing back and forth at numbers 32/33 for a while now.
Congratulations folders!

folding slowly but surely

Well I stuck a new 120 gig hard drive in my p4 2.0 which would crash every nite and stop folding for several hours.... in addition to a p4 1.4 and a p3 650 and p3 800 and another p4 that is not on very often at my wife's office..... but dammit Crazer I cannot seem to catch up with you LOL.... what's your secret

It is fun isn't it?

Guess I'd better o/c this 2.0 to 2.4 huh? lol

cya,
steve

20K

Having lost several friends to cancer the past few years (I'm fortysomething) I'd just like to express my appreciation to everyone participating in folding. I have this hope that what we are doing might make a difference; and while I particpate in other events that work towards a cure this one is near and dear to my heart.

Everyone here has my respect and admiration for donating. Hopefully we will make a difference!

It's funny-- I was so excited to break 10K here...... 20K just makes me want to reach 100K.......

Crazer, be forewarned, I am scheming on how to fold faster

with aloha,
smw
