Great thread Sammy.

The 600 point gromacs take 45-46 minutes per frame on my Dual 3.6Ghz Xeon system with 4 FAH text consoles folding simultaneously.

My brother's 2.6Ghz P4 with one console folding, the 600 point gromac takes 41 minutes per frame.

Here at work we are folding 3 - 241 point tinkers and a 236 point gromac. The tinkers are folding anywhere from 6 - 10 minutes per frame. The lone gromac is running around 45 minutes / frame.

At home, I have 2 - 77 point gromacs going.

Still have yet to receive any 600 point versions on any of my/our PC's. I believe they are all setup to receive big WU's. No big deal to me as they all need to be folded.

I've got a 241 point tinker folding at 13:37 per frame and a 600 point Gromac folding at about 1 hour 24 min per frame. That seems awfully slow to me and its consuming 180MB of my RAM while doing it. I need to get it done and out of there.

On my home PC, I had a 63 point gromac end early after completing 79 frames. I also had a 600 point gromac end early after completing 11 frames. Both happened this morning. It is currently folding three 600 and 63 point gromacs. One of the 600 point gromacs 4 frames left.

My brother's P4 is folding a 600 point gromac that should finish early tomorrow morning.

There aren't any proteins yet that take advantage of the SSE3 instructions.

Sammy, make sure for the CPU affinity for both FAH consoles you have both CPU1 and CPU2 checked. If both FAH consoles are just using CPU1, the folding times will go up significantly. This happened to me a couple of times. Not sure how this happened.
