Thats the highest OC I have heard for an AMD chip. Congrats!

I can reach around 3.6GHz with my X6800 and easily run at 3.46GHz at default voltages but I don't notice a spead difference from the default 2.93GHz so I run it at that now.

You have Intel processor so it is easier to achieve high frequencies.

Weren't AMDs notorious for frying themselves a few years back? Be careful

I had an Am486 DX2/80 which did DX2/100 - now that was a fast chip!

That's a fine task just getting into the bios at that speed.

What's your highest benchable speed on that setup?

Damn, I'd be ashamed of that Super Pi score. My $898 laptop nearly beats it.

Like, whatever.

"I just bent MY 6-foot-long 2x4 board more than one-foot-two-inches before it broke. The next best 6-foot-long 2x4 bend was only one-foot-one-and-one-half inches! I am king of the world!"

Enlighten me, please.

this doesn't prove dick! I can clock my OPTY 175 to over 4Ghz in my bois and will do what you do with just stock cooling. But try to boot into windows and run tests!

.....I can hit 3.1ghz stable in windows from 2.2ghz thats pretty good on stock.

Pics of 4.4ghz in windows or else HENS!
